The City Saddle View Wedding Lawn at Roma Street Parklands, offers couples views of the nearby city skyline from it's spacious lawn. Easily accessible from the road (and probably the closest park lawn to Roma Street Parklands public car park), the lawn boasts some gorgeous shade providing trees which also double as a great backdrop for wedding ceremonies.
The area to the left of the footpath if arriving at City Saddle View from the road is also a great spot for a wedding ceremony with a tropical backdrop as pictured below. This couple added picnic rugs to their ceremony package for all the children to gather.

Given the space and privacy of the City Saddle View Wedding Lawn, the area also works particularly well for those planning on treating their guests to post ceremony cocktail hour celebrations.
It's also the perfect spot for the ultimate wedding festival or 'wedstival' where the ceremony flows straight in to a relaxed and celebratory reception.

Harry Oakman Pavillion
The Harry Oakman Pavillion at Roma Street Parklands is a really great choice for wedding ceremonies. With a built in wet weather option (just in case) and perfect for summer weddings with the undercover area providing both shade and shelter.
This is also a great place to host coktail hour after your ceremony, for your wedding guests to enjoy nibbles and drinks while you both head off for your wedding photos around the vibrant Parklands.

Ceremonies can take place on the lawn area or the under cover area and there are so many options to choose from when it comes to how to set up your ceremony.
Another benefit of this area is the vehicle access. With prior approval your wedding car can drive down the wide footpath all the way to your ceremony, allowing you to make a grand entrance.
With the elevated lawns the Harry Oakman Pavillion virtually provides 360 degrees of greenery backdrop, making it a great spot for a circular ceremony as pictured.

Palm Tree Court Weddings
Palm Tree Court is the most popular wedding lawn in Roma Street Parklands. Couples are drawn to the immaculate hedge framed lawn and accessibility from the street, in addition to the seasonal changing backdrop. As the name suggests there are 2 tall palm trees that create a great aisle entrance.
Wedding vehicle access is also available at this site with prior permission.
We love the contrast of our elegant white wedding chairs and set up against the vibrant greenery of the Roma Street Parklands gardens.

FEATURED Palm Tree Court Floral Arbour Wedding
We love when our couples let us get creative when styling their wedding arbour so naturally we were super excited when we received the brief to create this wedding arbour with a vibrant floral arrangement, comprising of fresh roses on a bed of greenery with trailing ivy. So romantic!

We have created many stunning ceremony set ups in the various well kept lawns.
The arbour was dressed with side aligned draping with suspended glass globes with fresh rose heads, perfeclty complimenting the floral arrangement and the lush garden setting.
